Georgia’s 2022 schedule with game-by-game score predictions!

A successful season for the Georgia Bulldogs (14-1) ended on Jan. 10 with a 33-18 victory over Alabama in the 2021 NCAA Championship game in Indianapolis.

Whether or not this is the beginning of a Bulldog dynasty remains to be seen. Will the Bulldogs go on a run like Alabama’s and dominate college football for years?

The Dawgs begin their 2022 campaign against Oregon on September 3 in Atlanta. Former defensive coordinator Dan Lanning has been hired to lead the Ducks.

Additionally, Georgia is scheduled to face Mississippi State from the SEC West. The regular season will be capped off by a matchup with in-state rival Georgia Tech, as it always is.

Here are our predictions for each game of the UGA football season in 2022.

Contents

Sept. 3: Oregon (Atlanta, Georgia)

In Atlanta, the Bulldogs will open the season against Dan Lanning, the former defensive coordinator. Georgia’s physicality is too much for Lanning to handle in this matchup. In the second half, the Dawgs take the lead.

Sept. 10: Samford (Athens, Georgia)

UGA’s first home game since winning the national championship was an easy victory for the Bulldogs.

Sept. 17: at South Carolina (Columbia, South Carolina)

You can be sure that this will be derided as a ruse. It’s possible that South Carolina will have a decent team next year, and Columbia is always a difficult place to play. But, come on. Do you know the number of Georgia’s trap games from last year? It’s a rout for the Dawgs.

Sept. 24: Kent State (Athens, Georgia)

This one is a cinch. Could we see some action from Brock Vandagriff as the team’s backup quarterback?

Oct. 1: at Missouri (Columbia, Missouri)

Georgia wins its ninth straight game against Mizzou.

Oct. 8: Auburn (Athens, Georgia)

First big home game of the year for Georgia.. Nobody expects Auburn to be good this year, despite the fact that they just played LSU. This is the sixth straight time the Dawgs have beaten the Tigers.

Oct. 29: Florida (Jacksonville, Florida)

Napier emphasised patience during his press conference as Florida’s new head coach. As a reminder to Gator fans, Georgia is not going to be a slouch when it comes to beating the new Florida coach.

Nov. 5: Tennessee (Athens, Georgia)

In Athens? This should be a good time. The Vols’ offence will be the topic of conversation all week among Tennessee fans. However, it won’t make a difference.

Nov. 12: at Mississippi State (Starkville, Mississippi)

In this one, Georgia travels to Mississippi State with no problems at all.

Nov. 19: at Kentucky (Lexington, Kentucky)

I’ll have to give this one a closer look. The Wildcats are expected to begin the season somewhere in the top 20, but there is no way to know where they will be by the end of the month of November. They’ll have faced off against Florida, Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Tennessee by this point.
We all expect them to have lost two games by now, so they’ll be the better team in all of those games. Despite the ferocity of the crowd, Georgia will prevail. For most of the third, the game is fairly even.

Dec. 3: SEC Championship Game (Atlanta, Georgia): Alabama

And we’re back at it.. Is there a chance we could watch the 2021 season again? In this year’s SEC Championship, Georgia and Alabama will both be undefeated and guaranteed a spot in the playoffs.

Although Georgia won the natty, I can’t see them beating Alabama like they did in the regular season. As Bryce Young and Will Anderson get older, we don’t know who will step up at wide receiver for the Tide, but we know it will be someone (s). But they will meet again. Alabama wins.

CFP Semifinal: Georgia vs. Clemson

Yes, I expect Clemson to be in the College Football Playoff again in 2017. On the schedule, the Tigers will face a few close calls, but they will not lose to any of their opponents.

CFP National Championship Game: Georgia vs. Alabama

As a result, the entire country sighs in unison. A rematch between Georgia and Alabama is on the horizon. There is a good chance that the Tide will defeat UGA in the SEC Championship and then go on to win the national championship game as well.
