Information on When to Expect Season Two of JoJo Stone: Ocean and How Many Episodes There Will Be
In December of last year, the first installment of Stone Ocean debuted on JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. The first twelve episodes of the anime were all made available to the community on the same day, and the show did not adhere to a simulcast release schedule. The anticipation of Stone Ocean’s comeback among their devoted following has only grown since then. Well, after what seems like an interminable amount of time, Netflix is getting ready to roll out Part 2.
On September 1st, 2022, the second installment of JoJo Stone Ocean will be released. Part 2 will premiere exclusively on Netflix at midnight PT on November 30th, giving fans across the world access to the show (Pacific Timing). However, the release time is region-specific, therefore below is the precise schedule you need to follow for various time zones:
Part 2 of Stone Ocean, like the first part, will consist of 12 episodes, all of which will be released simultaneously. The new episodes are available for you to watch in a marathon.
Part 1 of the anime adaptation covered the first fifty chapters of the manga’s Stone Ocean story arc. The manga’s arc totaled 158 chapters. Part 2 has the same number of episodes as the first (Episode 13–Episode 24), therefore we can presume it will adapt the remaining 50 chapters, and after the third set of episodes, Stone Ocean will come to a close.
The daughter of Jotaro Cujoh, Jolyne Cujoh, was wrongfully accused of murder in the first chapter of the manga’s sixth plot arc. Also, we met Enrico Pucci, the enigmatic Whitesnake Stand user who is working to create DIO’s “Perfect Universe.”
Prison is when Jolyne experiences the full manifestation of her Stand, and it is there that she becomes engaged in the conflict between her father and Whitesnake. Enrico can murder Jotaro and take both of his discs, Stand and Memory. Without knowing who is behind Whitesnake, Jolyne battles through multiple opponents to steal Jotaro’s discs.
Part 1 ends with Jolyne rescuing Jotaro’s Stand disc, but she still needs to locate her father’s Memory disc to revive him. The second installment of JoJo Stone Ocean could show us anything like that.
