Both Harrow School and the University of Nottingham in England contributed to Oza’s education. He completed his MBA studies at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Once Oza graduated from college, he took a job as the manager of the production at the M&M’s factory in Slough, England, which was owned by Mars Inc. Shortly thereafter, he shifted gears and began pushing Snickers candy bars for Mars Inc. across the EU.

The Coca-Cola Company eventually hired Oza to oversee its marketing efforts. By signing a young basketball player called Kobe Bryant to an endorsement deal, he helped revive the faltering Sprite brand during his tenure there.
