Charles Richard Moll, also known as Richard Moll, was an American actor born in Pasadena, California on January 13, 1943. He rose to prominence as Bull Shannon, the bailiff on the NBC television show “Night Court” from 1984 until 1992. Richard Moll, who stood 6 feet 8 inches (203 cm), was a tall guy.
