Prologue
The whole population of Gingertown, a nearby suburb, of 15,000 is said to have gone in a news story. The only clues were pieces of clothing here and there and evidence of a struggle there. Future Trunks’ rusty time machine, the mysterious disappearances, and this monstrous, insectoid humanoid were all caused by the same thing.
The creature shows Piccolo how he can reduce a human to nothing by sucking his bio stuff with his peculiar tail, thereby explaining how the residents of Gingertown vanished. Piccolo immediately challenges him, and a battle ensues between the two.
Vegeta Vs Piccolo should’ve happened right after Piccolo met Cell woulda been insane to see Piccolo beat Vegeta in a stomp pic.twitter.com/wpEBFg91AQ

Battle
Piccolo clearly has the upper hand; he thoroughly dominates the beast but is taken aback by its Kamehameha wave attack. Piccolo loses an arm when he is distracted, and he concedes defeat while questioning the blob of the flesh who it is and how it got here.
The arrival of Future Trunks and Krillin only serves to reinforce Imperfect Cell’s conviction that he is no match for Piccolo, despite having absorbed a great deal of energy from Piccolo’s arm.
Aftermath
Upon realizing that Future Trunks is the same youngster he killed in his own timeline, Imperfect Cell concludes that these Future Trunks must be from a different timeline.
When he finds out that Goku is still alive, he utilizes the Solar Flare technique to blind everyone and then escapes while concealing his true strength. As Cell watches, Vegeta, detecting powerful ki, heads to Gingertown, where he is taken aback to learn that it originates with Piccolo.
