The Power & Abilities of Kirito
SAO Avatar
The ‘Dual Wield’ skill was given to Kirito when he was unwittingly selected by Kayaba Akihiko to challenge him at the end of the game. This allowed him to wield two one-handed longswords at once.
ALO Avatar
When Kazuto first started playing, he decided to portray himself as a Spriggan due to his growing affinity for the color black.
GGO Avatar
The Gun Gale Online system picked this avatar at random; it gives Kirito a more feminine appearance. He reluctantly employs this to his advantage by allying himself with Sinon, a seasoned GGO player.

UW Avatar
Kirito “created” his own swordsmanship system in SAO called Aincrad style by combining his previous experiences with several types of swordsmanship.
The Power & Abilities of Quinella
Qualities Beyond Those of Humans, Development Speedup (Leveling; Physical Stats, Abilities), Expert with a sword, Immortality (Types 2 and 3), Longevity (her body won’t age, but her mind will if she doesn’t delete some old stuff), and Regeneration.
Evidence suggests she is able to keep moving after losing both her arms and having a hole blown out of her chest.
She can keep on healing so long as she has access to enough physical space. Self-Sufficiency (Type 2), Body Control (Can utilise every inch of her body as a weapon, including strands of hair), Statistics Amplification (Sword Skills amplifies the user’s speed and power, with the cost of leaving some post-motion stun afterward), and Magic & Creation (through Sacred Arts.
Can conjure a spell or an object to suit practically any need, provided she has access to the appropriate words to organize her thoughts, direct her emotions, and fire her imagination. The Administrator is the only one in the Underworld with access to all of the Sacred Arts, and he or she can employ them instantly with no need for an incantation.
Built massive walls across the whole Human Empire in a single burst of activity. With practice, she may conjure beings stronger than herself, Regeneration (Mid), and Midair Transcendence. Regeneration (she can passively regenerate entire severed limbs in an instant, and she can actively regenerate from any fatal wound, provided there are sufficient spatial resources to do so), Mind Manipulation (she can manipulate her own mind and the minds of others, though the latter requires physical contact), and Law Manipulation (she can enact her authority onto a specific area in an instant, manipulating it as she pleases.
Within its confines, she has the power to bend individuals to her will and even suppress their skills. Ability to see into an opponent’s Fluctlight (soul) and imitate their powers, even if they have forgotten them. The Administrator looked into Kirito’s Fluctlight, so now she has access to all of his knowledge and experience (including the things he thought he’d forgotten).
Heal lethal injuries, fly, manipulate light and dark, control lightning, and use telepathy. Heals nearly all deadly wounds very rapidly, manipulates life energy to give to another, manipulates elements to produce hundreds of elements or elemental objects of all types, controls heat and cold, neutralises poison, and creates formidable barriers.
Have a protective barrier around her that makes it so weapons can’t hurt her. Deflecting and blowing back any weapon aimed at her, Homing Attacks, Transmuting anything into an object, even weapons, and Soul Manipulation (manipulating and destroying a person’s soul, or Fluctlight, even at a distance) are only a few of her many abilities.
Even while the Cardinal claims the essential command must be chanted slowly, to the point where one must confuse the opponent for a while, the Administrator has learned to substantially reduce the command. Has the same power as Kirito, who, in a matter of seconds, turned two fully grown dragons back into eggs while standing hundreds of yards away.
Resurrection (Can resurrect anything from the dead, however, if she does not resurrect fast enough, said person or thing could experience negative side effects), Capable of manipulating space (she can cut off all communication with the outside world, thereby sealing herself and anybody else in the room she’s in inside).
Paralysis (Knowing her opponent’s ID, she can use her ability to turn them to stone even at a distance). Subtle Alteration of Reality (via Incarnation) Incarnation, like all virtual reality avatars (but especially those in the Underworld), gives its participants the power to shape their experience of reality through the application of their own beliefs and wills.
The most important uses of the Incarnation are: The empowering, amplifying, and decreasing of statistics (If one is confident in a matchup, their strength will increase; if they are not, their power will decrease), Incarnation users are vulnerable to two types of mind control: limited law manipulation (if enough people believe that something cannot happen, it will become impossible and vice versa) and probability manipulation
(if an Incarnation user truly believes that they are weaker than their foe, even subconsciously, reality will be rewritten to ensure their defeat) (and vice versa). If both sides go into a fight knowing they can win, it will come down to mental fortitude. Defying Soul Manipulation in Unusual Ways (Fluctlights, the human soul, are referred to as Quantum Fields).
Kirito vs Quinella Who is More Powerful?
According to me, Quinella is more powerful compared to Kirito. Because of Longevity (her body won’t age, but her mind will if she doesn’t delete some old stuff), and Regeneration. Evidence suggests she is able to keep moving after losing both her arms and having a hole blown out of her chest.
