The Personality of All Might
Toshinori Yagi had a strong sense of right and wrong even as a youth before he discovered his Quirk. In response to escalating crime rates, he devised “The Symbol of Peace” to give people hope and calm their concerns. Nana Shimura, his One For All predecessor and mentor, left a deep impression on him.
Even though he feared Gran Torino’s harsh sparring sessions, he learned a lot from Nana’s best buddy, who was also his mentor. However, he held the earlier Pro-Hero in high regard.

In his prime, he had a reputation as a workaholic so intense that his sidekick, Sir Nighteye, warned him against working more than 48 hours straight.
All Might is pleased with his replacement, Izuku Midoriya, and admires the young man’s bravery and dedication to rescuing lives. Furthermore, he considers every kid at U.A. High to be a hero for their bravery and dedication.

Having lost his superpowers and stepped down as a Pro-Hero, All Might is now committed to improving himself as a teacher for the benefit of his students, and he does his best to guide Izuku.
Despite his generally upbeat demeanor, All Might despises the villainous All For One. While All For One murdered Nana Shimura when he was just a teenager, it left an indelible mark on All Might’s psyche.
After switching sides to Pro-Hero, All Might worked tirelessly to bring down All For One’s criminal empire across Japan. He simply cannot fathom how All For One can do such heinous acts of exploitation and destruction of human life and dignity and is unwilling to condone them.
As soon as All Might finds out that All For One’s new leader, Tomura Shigaraki, is Nana Shimura’s grandson, he is devastated.
While in his real form, All Might is more concentrated and serious, he can still express his genuine grin and care for the well-being of others, albeit on a smaller scale than usual.
All Might, in whatever shape he takes, always represents the best qualities of a hero and a good person. He had hoped from an early age to become a symbol that others could look to for guidance in trying times, and he knew that with the gift of his Quirk he would become not only that symbol but also a legend that would inspire countless others to become heroes and follow in his will.
All Might is what every hero should be—selfless and willing to aid others, according to even the legendary Hero Killer, Stain. After retiring, All Might spent the rest of his life mentoring Izuku and teaching him everything he knew about the other people who used One For All and their unique abilities, or “Quirks.”
Despite his eccentric demeanor, Guy can get deadly serious when Konoha or one of his allies is in danger. But his quirks can make even the most solemn of occasions awkward: Three times, Guy has met Kisame Hoshigaki, and each time, he has been reasonably convinced that he has never met Kisame before. The guy is well aware of his terrible recollection of faces.
The guy may, in a moment of reflective self-reflection, wonder if his youth has passed him by as he observes the vitality of youth in his students, but he will quickly dismiss this as impossible because youth can never fade; if his student, Lee, should break one of his tenets of conduct, Guy will discipline him with a physical strike, and then he will start crying at the realization of the harm he has inflicted and the well-intentioned passion
Specifically, Guy calls himself “Konoha’s Sublime Green/Blue Beast of Prey” (, Konoha no Kedakaki Aoi Mj). The label might be appropriate, just like so many of Guy’s characteristics. Lee has such high regard for Guy that he has tried to emulate his style and demeanor to become as attractive as Guy.
Because of their shared history and values, Guy is committed to Lee and will stop at nothing to see that the latter realizes his goal of becoming a taijutsu black belt. Their virtually father-son closeness is so strong that it can be unsettling to anyone around them. As time went on, Guy became like a second father and uncle to Lee’s kid Metal.
Though they also profit from Guy’s lectures, Neji and Tenten have a certain amount of time before they either rein Guy and Lee in or leave them to their own devices. Kakashi, like Neji and Tenten, has doubts about Guy and is usually simply a reluctant or uninterested bystander in their competitions.
This does not deter Guy, though, as he is even more determined to win the battle of wills with “cool, hip, and trendy” Kakashi. But despite their rivalry, Kakashi counts Guy as one of his closest and most reliable friends since they work well together in the field, know what the other is thinking even when they aren’t saying a word, and care for each other’s well-being.
