Vegeta Vs Moro

What if Vegeta and Moro Met in a Dragon Ball Super Cartoon?

Some fans of Dragon Ball Super made a beautiful animation imagining what the battle between Vegeta and Planet Eater Moro might look like if it were actually included in the show.

Toei Animation’s revelation that Dragon Ball Super will get a new movie in 2019 came as a surprise to fans, but they didn’t provide any details about what to expect. The fact that the Dragon Ball Super manga has continued the tale with a big enemy who fans would want to see animated long after the events of Dragon Ball Super: Broly only adds fuel to the fire.

Dragon Ball Super fans are taking matters into their own hands by creating their vision of what it would be like if Planet Eater Moro and the rest of the Galactic Patrol Prisoner storyline were to be formally adapted into the anime.

Mocha Z7, a YouTube animator, has gone above and beyond by bringing a pivotal battle between Vegeta and Moro to life (highlighting the events of Chapter 62 specifically). Watch the video up top to see what I mean.

Just the idea of a new Dragon Ball Super movie is enough to have fans excited, but they also want to know if this means they may expect a new anime series to debut in the future. Since the end of the anime series, the manga for Dragon Ball Super has gone through not one, but two arcs, and it would be impossible to cover all of the events from either arc in a single film adaptation.

Vegeta Vs Moro

The movie has sparked hopes for a new era in the anime, primarily so that the Galactic Patrol Prisoner and Granola the Survivor storylines can be given the time they deserve to fully develop.

However, if no new series is announced, it may be some time before Moro appears in any formal anime capacity. Many thanks to the brilliant efforts of artists like Mocha Z7 who have made this a reality.

Do you wish that the fight with Moro may be adapted into an anime movie one day? Could we see Moro in the next film before he makes an appearance in an animated series?
