Each new episode of Season 6 of Rick and Morty has surprised viewers, and the first look at Episode 4 of the new season suggests that trend will continue.
Following some big status quo alterations that drew each member of the Smith Family into the wacky science fiction adventures this time around, Season 6 opened with the promise that we were going to explore a new version of the Smith Family. This is off to a great start, suggesting that the next episode will be just as entertaining.

Episode 4 of Season 6 of Rick and Morty is titled “Night Family,” and the first trailer shows that Rick has devised a plan to keep his body active at night and get a six-pack of abs.
On the other hand, we are led to believe that the rest of the family will be participating in this bizarre new project, which, if the first three episodes are any indication, will result in a particularly crazy episode. On September 25 at 11:00 PM EST, there will be a new episode of Rick and Morty. Given that Rick was acting fairly strangely with simply his night version of himself, it’s impossible to tell from the teaser whether or not this will lead into the main core of the episode overall
(as prior previews merely skimmed the surface of what a given episode may contain).
So far, Season 6 has delivered on its promise to go further into the characters’ arcs from Seasons 3-5, and with the Smith, the family had reached an unexpected new status in Episode 3, it looks like we’ll get to watch
them embark on a new adventure as a unified group moving forward. As was previously indicated, however, it is quite difficult to predict what might occur next.
