The singer of “Romantic Mood” announced her pregnancy on Instagram on Tuesday with a photograph that was both extremely glamorous and seemed to hint at the baby’s gender. Spice pushed a baby carriage full of blue flowers while wearing a blue tulle dress that showed off her big belly.
