Who Would Win? Black Frieza vs Broly!

The manga’s addition of Frieza’s new Black form has given Dragon Ball a lot of new options, especially for the story’s future. At the moment, Gas, Goku, and Vegeta are all dead, so Frieza is the strongest human in Universe 7. Broly is the strongest Saiyan in Universe 7 and might be the strongest Saiyan in the whole multiverse. Neither Goku nor Vegeta has been able to beat him without merging or coming close. So, if Black Frieza and Broly fought, who would win?

At the moment, Black Frieza is stronger than Broly. But that doesn’t mean Black Frieza will beat Broly if they fight. And that’s the most important difference of all.

Frieza’s debut as Black Frieza surprised everyone because he was never supposed to be as strong as Goku and Vegeta. Still, Broly has already shown in a fight how he can change and how quickly he can get stronger.
Now, let’s find out whether Frieza or Broly is stronger.

Broly and His Powers

Broly was made by Shigeyasu Yamauchi, but he is not a real character. Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan (1993), Broly – Second Coming (1994), and Bio-Broly are all movies about him (1994).

In the movie Dragon Ball Super: Broly, a new version of Broly with a very different plot was written by Akira Toriyama. In the world of Dragon Ball, he is one of the few Saiyans who lived after Frieza destroyed planet Vegeta.

Since Broly is the Legendary Super Saiyan in Dragon Ball Z, he looks a little different than other Super Saiyans. In his normal state, he has black hair like other Saiyans, but his size and muscle tone are already very impressive for his size.

Broly’s power is already very high at this level, and Vegeta can’t hurt him. At the Legendary Super Saiyan stage, his muscles grow a lot, his eyes turn white (without pupils), and his hair becomes straight and golden, but his aura can make them look green.

His clothes and the things he wears with them (boots, bracelets, belt, necklace, and gold hoop earrings) seem stretchy, like Frieza’s army outfits, because they get bigger as Broly changes.

Broly is kind and shy when he doesn’t have his tiara, but cruel and destructive when he does. It’s as if the huge power that was inside of him was pulling him into a destructive rage that he can’t stop.

Even as a child, he was already able to change into a Super Saiyan, but not at the highest level. In this state, he also hurt his father. Just before his father put the tiara on him against his will, we also noticed that, even though he had just woken up, he was talking politely to Paragus, before he figured out what his father was up to.

It became clear that Broly’s mind is unstable and that he acts in ways that are consistent with bipolar disorder or something similar. Broly’s main feelings are absence, anger, and happiness, but like all Super Saiyans, once he transforms, he has a fair amount of self-control.

In the Dragon Ball manga, Broly is not a legendary Super Saiyan, which is different from the Dragon Ball Z movies. The super Saiyan is first shown in the manga as a legendary warrior who only shows up once every thousand years.

But then more Super Saiyans show up, and it’s clear that every single one of them is a legend. Since Broly is shown to be the legendary Super Saiyan, this is a case of tautology. This is likely why Broly in Dragon Ball Super no longer has this inconsistent status.

Broly loses all control of himself when he sees his father get killed in front of him. He turns into a maximum-power Super Saiyan, with green hair like the Legendary Saiyan from the Dragon Ball Z movies.

Broly’s power is then unlimited, and nothing can stop him. Two Saiyans who have turned into Super Saiyan Blue are no match for him.

Black Frieza Vs Broly

Black Frieza And His Power

Frieza says that he became Black Frieza when he found a Hyperbolic Time Chamber on a planet he had taken over and trained on it for 10 years. He also says that it was hard work to get to that point. The power of this form is much stronger than that of the Golden Frieza form. Compared to when he first showed Golden Frieza, he seems to have fully mastered it and fixed any problems it may have had with stamina by the time he unveiled it. This is because he spent so much time training after getting the form.

During the Granola the Survivor Saga, Frieza used this form to kill a transformed Gas with a single Ruthless Blow. He did this by quickly switching into and out of this form. He then made it official that True Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta had changed, and he knocked them both out at once with a blow to the stomach of each Saiyan.

Black Frieza vs Broly: Who Would Win?

We could give you a proper analysis of what we’ve written above, but that wouldn’t be as good as what we’ve decided to go with. As we said above, Black Frieza and Broly do fight in the movie, so we thought it would be best to just talk about that fight to show why Broly is stronger than Black Frieza.

Power can’t be measured by numbers in Dragon Ball because the power levels are so high that this method stopped being used a long time ago. Still, we can find out how strong Frieza noir is by comparing him to other things. After training for ten years in another dimension, he became so strong that he quickly got rid of Gas, who was thought to be the strongest mortal in Universe 7. Frieza’s power level would have to be ridiculously high at this point for him to be much stronger than the strongest.

Broly’s strength is likewise unfathomable, especially considering how many blows Gogeta landed on him. And he was able to compete successfully with Gogeta. That’s hardly a trivial accomplishment.
Even though Broly is, as many claims, more powerful than Goku and Vegeta in their ultimate forms, it’s important to keep in mind that Gas is, by his wish, already stronger than Broly and that Black Frieza is on an entirely different level from even these heroes.

To add Gogeta would be a multiplication, not a multiplication. Having reached a total of billions of warheads. The question is, what exactly is Gogeta’s power? Gogeta’s superiority against Frieza and Broly is clear. To add insult to injury, Gas and Granola’s ultimate goal is to dominate the galaxy.

It is reasonable to suppose that during his battle with Gogeta, Broly unleashed an unprecedented amount of power. After the battle was ended, he was returned to a level not too dissimilar from where he started.
Good…. Let’s put it in a numerical context.

Let’s pretend that Broly started the battle with Gogeta with 1 billion units, but that he got an anger boost and ended up with 15 billion units. Just like in the Gohan vs. Cell fight, though, his power dwindled as soon as it was over, leaving him at a level that we’ll estimate to be around 1 billion units.
Because the dragon does not fully comprehend this kind of power, it stands to reason that he has only considered the 1 billion units of Broly while considering Granola and Gas’s wish.
Black Frieza may start the fight strong, but he wouldn’t have a chance against Broly if he didn’t end it immediately.

All things considered, Broly ought to be more formidable than Frieza.
