After her husband’s passing, Kelly Pickler is making her voice heard. The 37-year-old singer speaks directly about her husband Kyle Jacobs’ su*cide for the first time.

She indicated that she is planning an intimate memorial for her husband which will happen later this fall. In February, Jacobs’ body was discovered at their Nashville, Tennessee, residence. He was 49.
After being summoned to the residence on February 17, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department indicated that they found Jacobs deceased from an apparent self-inflicted gunsh0t wound in an upstairs bedroom/office. Authorities continued that his de@th is being investigated as an apparent su*cide.

Police claimed that Kelly Pickler, Mr. Jacobs’ wife, claimed that she awoke a short time earlier, did not see her husband, and started seeking for him. The assistant called 911 after she and her personal assistant were unable to open the door to the upstairs bedroom/office.
The cause of Jacobs’ su*cide was established by an autopsy report in May. Jacobs had no narcotics in his system when he passed away. However, Jacobs did have a history of pseudoseizures, gastrointestinal bleeding, elevated liver enzymes, and chronic alcohol use.
In 2011, Pickler and Jacobs got married. From 2015 to 2017, they co-starred in I Love Kelly Pickler. Jacobs was also a songwriter, penning songs for celebrities like Kelly Clarkson and Tim McGraw.
