You Season 4 You Season 4

You Season 4

The Netflix hit, based on Caroline Kepnes’ novels and starring Gossip Girl alum Penn Badgley, was renewed for a fourth season in October 2021—two days before the highly anticipated third season of the show arrived.

A delight to watch Penn bring Joe Goldberg’s frightening yet intriguing life. As the show’s creator Sera Gamble put it, “We are profoundly pleased that You have given You such massive support and that people around the world have enjoyed watching Joe go it all very wrong.” We’re looking forward to exploring new and darker aspects of love in Season 4,” said the You cast and creative team.

(Beware: You Season 1, 2, and 3 spoilers ahead!)

Badgley’s Joe, a bibliophile, stalker, and serial killer with a soft spot for children, is the subject of Badgley’s Joe. Guinevere Beck (Elizabeth Lail), his first love interest, and anybody else who stood in his way during their courtship died sad deaths in Season 1.

With Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti) moving from New York City to Los Angeles, Joe has met his equal. He began to obsess with another beautiful blonde after tying the wedding with Love in Season 2 and becoming pregnant with their first child. Yikes!

In the third season, Joe and Love move to the fictional Silicon Valley suburb of Madre Linda, California, which is full of wealthy mommy bloggers and a lot of gossips, so there are fewer places to conceal secrets… and bodies.

Season 4 images have revealed that Joe has relocated again, this time to Europe and the United Kingdom, according to what we know thus far.

See who’s been cast and where they’ve been filming so far for You Season 4 by reading on.

Will There Be a Season 4 of You?

Yes, there will be the fourth season of You! Season 3 ended with Joe and Love becoming parents to Henry, and Joe discovering a new love interest in Natalie Engler (Michaela McManus), the woman who lived next door to their new home in Northern California, and later with his supervisor at the local library.

He ended up killing himself and many others because of his obsessions, including two annoying influencers who were trapped in a glass cage (but who escaped mostly unscathed).

In the end, Joe was the one who came out on top, murdering Love and setting their home on fire before taking their son to be raised by his friend and library coworker Dante, who he met through their mutual distrust and infidelity (he had Marianne, played by Tati Gabrielle, and she had Theo, played by Dylan Arnold) (Ben Mehl).

Where are You Season 4 filmed?

There’s a good chance that Joe will once again relocate for Season 4, but Badgley stated that he didn’t know anything about it back in late 2021—and now we know where many of those Season 4 locations will be. Joe is teasing a trip to Paris and London on the official You Twitter account, but we have no idea why.

Who Is In The You Season 4 Cast?

Season 4 is likely to feature a slew of returning characters, including Love, Henry, and Marianne, who have all shown as visions in Joe’s head long after they died. Saffron Burrows as Dottie Quinn and Mehl as Dante may make a reappearance as Joe’s companions when he fled Madre Linda alongside Arnold as Theo and Scott Speedman as Matthew Engler.

However, as Season 4 filming proceeds, we’re learning more and more about the new cast members. Charlotte Richie has been cast as an “icy b**ch” art gallery director named Kate, according to Variety. She met Joe through her friend-with-benefits, Malcolm, and had an instant hatred for him. Lady Phoebe is Katie’s best friend, and she’s a little too trusting at times. Joe, on the other hand, is a little shaky.

“Gage plays Adam, the kind, humorous, and hard-partying son of a wealthy family who is famed for failing to match their expectations,” Netflix tweeted about his role. But he did learn one thing from his parents: “Do whatever it takes to acquire what you desire.'” Joe may have finally found his equal, according to this report! (At least for the time being.)

Besides Tilly Keeper, who played Louise Mitchell on the long-running UK soap opera EastEnders, Deadline reports that she will play a character named Lady Phoebe, described thusly: “As sweet and kind as she is rich, famous, and chaotic, Phoebe’s every bikini wax has been documented by the tabloids since

she was 15 years old… Despite her adoring following, Phoebe is a much different person when she’s hanging out with her close friends. She’s an unwavering supporter of her American business partner Adam, in particular. She’s also a wild card: will she rise to the occasion, or break, when bad luck strikes?”

You Season 4

EastEnders veteran Amy-Leigh Hickman has been cast as Nadia, a “literature major with a love of genre storytelling and the aspiration to be a serious author, Nadia’s outspokenness and intensity are a perfect cover for the insecurities carried by a young woman who’s never been accepted by her peer group.” Her life is in jeopardy because of a series of blunders she’s done. Even if it’s from the wrong people, she’ll need aid.”

This season, Outlander star Ed Speleers, who portrays “a novelist whose memoir won him both renown and pressure to enter politics,” plays Rhys. Rhys was born into poverty and had a difficult childhood before he came into money and went to Oxford.

He is now able to blend in with any social group while simultaneously being able to see through the people he encounters. Even while he enjoys keeping in touch with his odd group of pals, he doesn’t have much time for partying. He had a lot of support from his family during his turbulent adolescence.

Who Are The You Season 4 characters?

So yet, little is known about the Season 4 cast, except good ol’ murderer Joe. It’s safe to say that, based on previous seasons, we should expect to see Love with Joe at the very least in flashbacks or hallucinations in Season 4—as well as Beck and the other bodies Joe left behind in Seasons 1, 2, and 3. Characters like Theo, Marienne, Dante, Dottie, and Henry—as well as the insufferable Sherry and Cary Conrad—who made it out alive, could make an appearance.

If you’re going to die, you want it to be memorable, says Pedretti in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. Even though it was heartbreaking to see it all come to an end, it wasn’t a shock to me because I already knew I was going to die.” However, the specifics of how were a surprise.” Her decision to return isn’t up to her, so time will tell if she’ll return to Paris to torment Joe.

When Is The You Season 4 release date?

You Season 4 hasn’t been given an official release date; the only thing we know for sure is that the show’s writers are back at work as of Nov. 9, 2021.

Season 4 will most likely premiere in October 2022 if the previous season’s model is followed (which was somewhat delayed due to the COVID-19 epidemic). This is a wonderful time to binge-watch a program about serial killers.

Is There a You Season 4 Trailer?

In the meantime, you may see a quick preview for You Season 4 here. Joe’s “4 you” and “You 4” rambles to Beck and Love (as well as his nemeses like Peach) are featured in the clip, which was released before the third season of You premiered on Netflix.

Your Season 4 Plot: What will Happen Next?

London appears to be Joe Goldberg’s preferred location for the fourth season of You, which we saw in the final scene of the third season.

To find Marienne, Joe relocated to Paris after he feigned his death and relocated to the French capital with his small daughter. It appears like Joe has followed Marienne across the Channel based on recent photographs of the ensemble filming in London.

Despite the lack of information about what he’s up to, he’s sure to pick up a new hobby.

Sera Gamble, the show’s creator and executive producer, hinted at the future of Joe in an interview with Collider “Season three, in my opinion, is a season in which he suffers a great deal of loss and sorrow. At the end of the film, he has either lost all that he cared about or has felt forced to let go of what he cared about.”

The story from here, if we can tell it, is about how he gets any of that back or how he finds something else, because if the Joe you met in the pilot, where the bell rings in a book shop, and then a girl in jeans walks in, if he had one hole in his heart that he wanted to fill, now he has like 17 holes in his heart. “

She went on: “Because we’ve known him for a longer period, we should have a better idea of his baggage. As a result, I believe there is a lot more to discover.”

Caroline Kepnes’ fourth You book has yet to be completed, so readers will have to wait and see what happens in the upcoming part of the popular novel series.

In Kepnes’ third novel, “You Love Me,” you may already have some theories about Joe Goldberg’s destiny. Because of the show’s significant departure from the books, fans may have to wait until the publication of the fourth book to learn the outcome.
