In the past, League of Legends servers often crashed because of different problems. This is likely to be true for Wild Rift as well. The servers for the mobile version of League will likely go down sometimes for reasons that are hard to predict.
Riot Games has learned from its past mistakes and made it much easier to figure out if the problem is with the developer or with your setup. Now, it’s easy to check the company’s website or social media to see if the problem is just with you or if the whole Riot infrastructure is down.
Here’s how to find out what’s going on with the Wild Rift servers.
If you are having trouble connecting to the Wild Rift server, the first thing you should do is go to Riot’s official website. Here, you can see the most recent messages about events or reports from all of Riot’s games.
@RiotSupport is there any issue? I can’t log in League of legends either Wild Rift. No information on status of server web’s. pic.twitter.com/pUOZLR8Mw5

Go to the Wild Rift section if there’s no message and you’re still having trouble. Once you get there, you can pick your country and language.
If everything is working right, the message should say, “No recent problems or events to report.”
In this case, there were login problems, and Riot said they are working on a solution.
But if you didn’t see a message in the steps above and you’re still having problems, check Riot’s social media pages. The company often posts messages there to let everyone know about problems.
If that doesn’t work either, make a support ticket, and Riot will look into your problem.
