Who Is The New Batman In The Flash?
Nothing quite matches the excitement of witnessing a fan-favorite actor or actress return to the role of a classic superhero. In the last trailer for “The Flash,” Michael Keaton returns to the part of Batman, which he last played 31 years ago in Tim Burton’s masterpiece “Batman Returns.”
On Tuesday at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, the first trailer for the next DC/Warner Bros. film was shown, and it began with Keaton’s Bruce Wayne telling Ezra Miller’s Barry Allen that the loss of his parents made him who he is now.
If you’re wondering who would come out on top if Goku from Dragon Ball faced off against Thor from Marvel, read on:
“I spent a lifetime trying to right the wrongs of the past, as if fighting crime would bring my parents back,” Keaton’s Wayne says in the trailer, as enticing glimpses of his Batcave are shown.
He then informs Allen, “You actually did it,” referring to the plot of the upcoming film in which Miller’s eponymous superhero The Flash travels back in time to save his own parents, but in doing so, “broke the universe.” You may see the official tweet below in which James Gunn denies the fact that George Clooney will be the new batman.
Absolutely not.

More scenes featuring Supergirl (DC newbie Sasha Calle) and returning adversary General Zod (Michael Shannon) are shown in the teaser. Shannon played the alien bad guy in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” in 2016.
One of the most exciting parts of the clip is when Keaton, dressed from the neck down in his famous Batsuit with the black-and-yellow Batman logo, says a line that he last said in the first “Batman” movie with Jack Nicholson’s evil and crazy Joker: “You wanna get nuts? Let’s get nuts.”
On June 16, The Flash will make its debut in theaters.
