Abomination, played by Emil Blonsky, has returned to the spotlight thanks to She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. This version of the Hulk is, like Bruce Banner, a long cry from the menace seen in the first Incredible Hulk film. But would Banner still come out on top if this new Abomination and the Smart Hulk faced out for a rematch? He’s a far more controlled version of himself now, trying desperately to get back to his life after years in prison.

Abomination Doesn’t Have an Alternate Personality
Unlike Bruce Banner, Blonsky and Jennifer Walters are in charge regardless of the form they assume. For Banner, The Hulk is simply an alternate version of himself. Since he’s a hybrid of Banner and Hulk, this could just as easily be stated about Smart Hulk. And while this did assist The Hulk keep his strength up, it took some time for the two identities to merge. However, Blonsky has been in charge ever since his transformation, which has made him a smart and effective fighter who doesn’t need it to win.
Bruce Banner Has a Better Understanding of Himself
The abomination had an easier time finding his identity because he never had to compete with another ego. Bruce, on the other hand, has mastered his physical and mental selves to the point where he is aware of his limitations and the factors that threaten his growth.
Knowing oneself in this way can help one battle more effectively against any opponent. The finest example of this is when he argued with Jennifer over skipping her workout and barely spent any of his energy. Since the Abomination is an old foe, he may resort to devious strategies.
Emil Blonsky Has More Tactical Knowledge
Even before he turned into Abomination, Emil Blonsky was an expert in one area: tactical battle. His familiarity with both his foes and his surroundings made him a formidable combatant. Therefore, despite his more levelheaded understanding of himself and others, he could still find a method to sneak up on an opponent.
As far as the viewer is aware, however, he does not have any experience analogous to that of Smart Hulk. When others had battled gods, machines, and extraterrestrial invasions, Blonsky just had to face the Hulk. It’s possible that Smart Hulk’s arsenal of tricks can be used to counteract Blonsky’s strategies in this way.
