Three years ago, fresh-faced and chiseled aspiring actors Nicky Champa and Pierre Crespeau, better and more cheekily known as Pierre Boo, joined TikTok and began posting goofy, upbeat videos that often highlight their romantic relationship. They had previously dabbled on Instagram, where they accumulated a modest following of a couple hundred thousand.
After meeting in 2017, the couple moved in together almost immediately and are now rarely seen in public apart from one another, which has helped propel them to the forefront of the internet and the limelight of the entertainment industry. They have amassed a combined total of over two million Instagram followers, one million YouTube subscribers, and a staggering twenty-four million TikTok fans, the vast majority of whom are preteen women and their mothers. The new podcast “Toxic AF” presents them as more mature; it features “their honest thoughts on popular themes.”
They have opted to sell their multi-level property in Los Angeles’s remote and guard-gated Bell Canyon district for $2.25 million, despite having purchased it only a year ago for slightly more than $1.7 million and having made few, if any, significant alterations. The property is listed with Rebekah Schwartz Sklar of The Agency and Zach Sklar of Beverly and Company.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom, nearly 4,500-square-foot concrete, and glass contemporary home was built in 1990 and sits alone at the end of a long, oak-shaded driveway, overlooking an acre of rocky terrain.
Inside, you’ll find a double-height entrance gallery and a sizable living area with built-in shelving and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over the mountains. A bullet-shaped dining room sits apart from the rest of the house, and the “Classic country kitchen” is described as having a wood-beamed ceiling, a butcher block-topped center island, dated appliances, and a bright breakfast area with a kiva fireplace decorated with bizarre ceramic tiles depicting various fruits and vegetables.
The main suite, complete with a travertine-tiled bathroom and private terrace, is on the penthouse level, along with a large lounge where the couple has placed a pink neon sign of their initials above the fireplace.
Outside the living and dining areas, a five-sided pool with an inset spa cantilevers over the rugged hillside, and numerous terraces, some covered for shade and others exposed to the blazing San Fernando Valley sunshine, extend the living space into the outdoors and are connected by a series of exterior staircases.
Additionally, there is a climate-controlled wine cellar with fancy lighting and an elevator to transport guests and their goods from the three-car garage on the ground floor.
Although it is unknown if the pair will remain in Los Angeles, they have been traveling around Europe for the past few weeks (as evidenced by their numerous social media accounts), so perhaps the château in France will be their next real estate stop.
