Early Life
On April 1, 1995, in Westlake, Ohio, Logan Alexander Paul entered the world. His younger sibling, Jake Paul, is also a famous YouTuber. Within the first day after being posted, the film had already amassed 6.3 million views. Several petitions were started online demanding that YouTube remove Paul’s channel. On January 1, 2018, Paul deleted the video from his YouTube page and apologized in a tweet.

Other Controversies
In early February of 2018, YouTube stopped showing ads on Paul’s channels due to his “habit of behavior.” YouTube was alluding to Paul’s participation in the Tide Pod challenge, his video in which he “jokingly gave it CPR” to a fish he pulled from his pond, and his video in which he used a taser pistol on two dead rats. During that time, Paul did not earn any money from advertising or website visitors.
After two weeks, YouTube started showing adverts on his channel again. However, his channel and its material were ineligible to appear on the trending tab on YouTube for the full ninety days while he was on probation.
After that, Paul mentioned in passing on his podcast in January of this year, “Is it men only this month, or what? For the next month, we’re going to try to live as openly gay people.” Paul’s comments were met with tremendous backlash, with many people taking offense at his insinuation that being gay is a lifestyle choice.
