Kaycee, a travelling nurse, has released a TikTok that has gone viral and exposed a wealth of dirt on one of the participants. She has not yet blatantly called out his name. However, she implied it and did not deny it when others called him out on it.
Who then is it? Logan Palmer is the individual being talked in the TikTok. All of the comments indicate that Kaycee is referring to Logan. Many of the comments claim to have dated him as well. According to another comment, he has dated numerous ladies in San Diego.

She then indicated that he may become a fan-favorite on the show, but she has a text message that could change everything. She also implied that he has dated dozens of women in San Diego.
