Following his guilty plea at a preliminary hearing on Tuesday, Ruggs faces three to ten years in a Nevada state pris0n. When he comes in court on May 10, he will formally enter a plea of guilty. One count of driving under the influence resulting in significant bodily injury and two counts of reckless driving will be dismissed as part of the agreement.

When Ruggs’ sports car crashed into the back of a Toyota RAV4 in the early hours of November 2, 2021, he allegedly had a blood-alcohol percentage double the legal limit in Nevada. Tina Tintor and her dog were ki!!ed in the car fire. Both Ruggs and his girlfriend, who was also in the car, were hurt but not seriously.
