What happens in the final episode of Season 4 of Manifest? Do any of the people on Flight 828 make it past the End of the World? Is Angelina’s time up? Is there a final victory for good against evil? Below you’ll find the answers, but beware, there are huge spoilers for Manifest ahead.

Ending Of Manifest Explained
The series finale of Manifest continues directly from the events of the previous episode of Season 4. Ben, Michaela, Saanvi, Vance, Cal, Olive, TJ, Jared, and Drea — the series’ main characters — had traveled to Storm King Mountain to retrieve the piece of Noah’s arc that Saanvi had thrown into a fissure earlier in the story.
After everyone has said their tearful goodbyes on De@th’s Eve and gone to sleep, Cal awakes in the middle of the night, walks over to the fissure, and sacrifices himself to link the driftwood with his luminous dragon scar. A beam of blue light shoots up from the floor as Cal vanishes, calling for passengers to assemble.
Season 4’s 20th episode, titled “Final Boarding,” opens with the Storm King Mountain passengers awakening on De@th Day and feeling like they can’t breathe. Once everyone has calmed down and accepted Cal’s sacrifice, Olive discovers the World Card carved into a nearby rock and the gang scatters to try and figure out the riddle before it’s too late. After saying their goodbyes to Ben, Saanvi, Michaela, and TJ, Drea, Jared, and Olive set off on their own to look into the situation.

Angelina and her “chosen eight” are on their way to the spot after sighting the blue beam of light, so Eagan and Adrian tamper with their van to make them late. Meanwhile, reports of de@dly volcanoes erupting overnight around the planet are widespread, and everything seems destined to end by nightfall. In the late afternoon, 828 travelers following Cal’s light arrive at Storm King Mountain, where an explosive eruption of fissures lifts their Montego Air jet.
As the door swings wide, the passengers know it’s time to board and be judged. Angelina and her crew show there bang on time, and things quickly spiral out of control. Ben offers to take everyone on the plane, but Angelina insists that only her followers should be spared.
Angelina shoots Saanvi and acc*dentally knocks herself unconscious after Ben finally convinces her followers to leave her behind, and Ben must decide whether or not to save her from the literal hellfires despite the fact that she ki!!ed his wife, kidnapped his daughter, and has an endless list of misdeeds. Or does he choose to protect his allies at the expense of her own life?
Back at the Stone home, Drea gives birth just as Olive has a vision about how important it is for Ben to forgive and save Angelina, and how much lighter hearts are to the survival of the lifeboat. Ben reluctantly loads Angelina onto the jet with Captain Amuta and Michaela as the world burns below them, but eventually makes up his mind. Take a peek at the official tweet by Manifest below.

Do Passengers On Flight 828 Live Past The De@th Aate And What Happens To Angelina?
For the time being, things look good. But when Angelina’s chosen ones begin exploding into flame and ash, widespread dread and despair ensue, as reported by Decider. As the passengers are being punished for the m*rder of the Major, Saanvi and Adrian begin the combustion process. Eagan, who is about to dissolve into dust, calls out as a last resort.
Adrian is spared, but Eagan begins to burn; he realizes that he must sacrifice himself to save Eagan, and so Eagan’s life is spared. Ben gives voice to Saanvi’s many good acts, and she is redeemed as a result. The fates did not smile on Angelina.
She and ten other passengers all perished in the fire, and their ashes combined to form an angel of evil. The surviving passengers link arms and walk toward the scary black demon figure while shouting a list of the best things they’ve done since landing.
Once the po!sonous dust settles, the plane flies directly into the glow (also known as the long delirious blazing blue) and comes to a stop. Everyone exits into the dazzling white light as the door swings open. The next thing they know, it’s April 7, 2013, the day their original flight was scheduled to arrive.
