The court documents from the Fulton County, Georgia court system indicate that Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill have agreed to a settlement in the divorce processes that they have been going through.

The agreement claimed that Bailey and Hill are the owners and residents of two unique properties that are completely independent of one another, and they each have their own insurance plans and retirement funds. They both decided against making alimony payments to the other.
In the settlement agreement, it appears that Hill, who is being prosecuted for the case, acknowledges that the marriage has been irretrievably broken. It is further claimed in the paperwork that both parties have reached the conclusion that there is no chance of reconciliation.
The settlement deal was finalized with Bailey’s signature on November 1, although Hill’s signature appeared on the document a few days earlier, on 20 Nov.
A move to seal future records was also submitted by the reality star and the host of the Black News Channel. In the motion, the reality star and the presenter explained that they are “public figures” and have a “grave interest in protecting both their privacy interest and mental health.”
The parties assert that there are certain private matters concerning the dissolution of their marriage which may raise issues concerning both the moral character and embarrassing acts of one of the parties.

The divorce case is still active and has not yet been resolved; a hearing is planned for January 5. In spite of the claimed “embarrassing acts” that may be exposed in the course of their divorce proceedings, the separating couple announced their decision to end their marriage.
