CARNIVAL ROW SEASON 2 RELEASE DATE SPECULATION
Even though the second season’s filming wrapped up in September of that year, that doesn’t mean it’s ready to air just yet. The ongoing pandemic had a direct impact on the construction of Carnival Row in 2020. Season 2 would have been out in the open by now if the delay hadn’t occurred.
Fans, on the other hand, will have to wait. Even though filming was completed months ago, there is still a lot of work to be done in post-production because the series is so heavily reliant on special effects. In our best guess, it will arrive in Summer 2022, a little more than a year after filming has finished.
Another unknown is whether Amazon will release the entire season at once or if it will stick to the weekly schedule that has worked so well for other shows like The Boys and Invincible. At the end of Season 1, the lovers decided to leave the Burgue, so it will be interesting to see if they’ve found a new place to call home or if the authorities have forced them back. However, they don’t reveal anything about Vignette Stonemoss (Cara Delevigne) in the next chapter of the story.
