Cuban baseball player Randy Arozarena was born on February 28, 1995, in Havana. Being only the second player in history to hit 20+ home runs in each of his first two seasons, he has had a fantastic start to his MLB career. Mike Trout was the only other player to do that.
Arozarena played 19 games for the St. Louis Cardinals in 2019, making his Major League Baseball debut. He was dealt to the Tampa Bay Rays in the early months of 2020 along with José Martnez and the Cardinals’ Competitive Balance Round A Draft Pick.
